GET /lqm/developer-manifest

Contract

Returns the canonical quantitative-only LQM definition, lifecycle, least-privilege capability profiles, API endpoint catalog, evidence contract and non-negotiable execution boundaries. Public model-hub publishing is reported separately and is not implied by internal promotion.

Authority boundary

A developer credential proves application identity and permits only its scopes. It does not grant model promotion, policy override, QLM rebinding, or Financial Actions execution authority unless those separate controls are satisfied.
