GET /lqm/models/{uid}/developer-manifest

Contract

Returns the exact workspace model lifecycle state and whether training, evaluation, Evidence Packet issuance, model-hub publishing, promotion and QLM composition are currently eligible. Gated operations include reason codes and never bypass their underlying governance checks.

Authority boundary

A developer credential proves application identity and permits only its scopes. It does not grant model promotion, policy override, QLM rebinding, or Financial Actions execution authority unless those separate controls are satisfied.
