Governed exchange
A partner may prepare a bundle and request a handoff, but a different human reviewer must approve release. FinanceGPT does not automatically email, upload or transmit evidence to third parties.
Consent-safe reporting
Distribution reporting uses existing Marketplace and public-reference evidence. It does not invent click attribution, expose customer identity, disclose revenue or create an opaque partner score.

Public verification
Released handoffs can be verified by opaque handoff UID. Public verification reveals lifecycle and SHA-256 evidence only; recipient labels and bundle contents remain private.
